Fiddler on the Roof!

Back to rehearsals tonight with the Nottingham Operatic Society.  We are doing Fiddler on the Roof in November at the Theatre Royal in Nottingham.

I'm so excited.

Uniq Artists

OMG!!!!!!   Have had the most amazing time to today.  Got to meet Bob Patmore from Uniq Artists and got to sing in his studio.  Had so much fun and he was so nice, made me feel really at ease and talked to me about what suits my voice and let me listen back to some of the recordings.

He's got the nicest dogs as well.

Hey, my name is Lucy Smith and I'm 13 years old.  I love, love singing and acting and I spend most of my time at choir and doing extra singing lessons, so miss out a lot at break time and lunch breaks.  Some of my teachers think I should work a bit harder in their lessons - I do try, but get easily distracted!

Am practising really hard for the Derby Arts Festival, which is on Saturday 14th May 2011 and competing against 23 other people.  Wish me luck!
